OCRIM & AXOROCRIM “Your Italian Partners” Ocrim and Axor are pleased to announce the formalization of an agreement which offers to the global customers a unique partner for the realization of mills, pasta factories, feed mills and storage silos. This alliance joins two important engineering and manufacturing companies specialized in the food supply chain industry in order to exploit all possible technical and technological synergies between them and to offer a sole interlocutor so to better satisfy client needs.
The market confirms OCRIM strategy OCRIM has the pleasure to announce the signature of two prestigious contracts with the Grain Silos & Flour Mills Organization (G.S.F.M.O.), on November 4th 2012, at the Ministry of Agriculture of Saudi Arabia; present, beside the Minister as well as chairman of G.S.F.M.O., H.E. Dr. Fahad Bin Abdulrahman Balghonaim and the Director General of the same, Eng. Waleed A. Elkheriji also OCRIM Vice President, Dr. Sergio Antolini and the Italian Ambassador in Riyadh, Valentino Simonetti, who has highlighted the importance of these projects for the Italian industry.

The results in terms of growth, innovation and experience that are distinguishing the 2012 are for OCRIM a reason of great satisfaction. All this has been possible thanks to the contribution that every day each OCRIM person brings. With this goad OCRIM has organized the event “WHEAT, FLOUR and..”, held in our company on September 23rd, showing in this way the attachment to its own town, its own origins, its own tradition and, above all, to the persons that work towards a common target. The day is started with the welcome of the guests for Eng. Antolini. After a brief speech we have assisted the delivery of a personalized rollermill in limited edition to one of our most fidelized customers and of the showing of a video based on 3 main concepts: The colour Red, as symbol of the main Italian excellences and connected to the red OCRIM logo. The tradition, daughter of a deep knowledge of the milling art where OCRIM sinks its roots. The innovation, that is developing in the most modern technology. All the described initiatives wanted to communicate strongly a feeling of passion and orientation to the customer’s satisfaction. The day has continued in the conference room “Silvia Paglierani”, where important bearers of the international milling sector have held a round table with the title: “The milling industry between globalization and food habits trends”, with the scope to discuss on the changements happen in the milling industry. The bearers have shared their knowledge on the main factors of changement useful to start new innovation policies in the milling sector. At the same time, in the main courtyard of the company, it has been carried out demonstration of important Italian bakers. OCRIM thanks all the persons that have worked and brought their contribute for the good success of the day, unique for OCRIM, that is going to become a “trade mark” of prestige and known in all the milling sector.
A partnership of a sure success (Ocrim S.p.A. and Fundiciones Balaguer S.A.) OCRIM has started a close and exclusive cooperation with the Spanish company Fundiciones Balaguer S.A., worldwide leader company in the manufacturing of grinding rolls. This partnership, that will go on for the whole 2013, has the fundamental purpose to offer to the Customer rolls of very high resistance and duration in time, exclusively produced in the workshops of Fundiciones Balguer S.A., in Spain. OCRIM cooperates with Fundiciones Balaguer since many years and the signing of such exclusive agreement reinforces the constant relations between these to big actors of the milling sector. The rolls represent one of the most important variables in the reliability of grinding; the added value deriving from the reliability of Fundiciones Balaguer supplies and from OCRIM experience in milling technology will guarantee the maximum satisfaction of the customer. OCRIM confirms the expectations The year 2011 represented the best signal for the important investments accomplished by the company. In the section "Financial Report" can be viewed the key indicators of OCRIM financial management. The goal of creating an efficient and streamlined structure has generated operating margins very consistent with that principle and a clear improvement over the previous year. GSFMO On January 11th 2012 it has been signed, with the Saudi Arabia Minister of Agriculture, a new contract for the supply of an OCRIM plant that will be located in the city of Jazan, in the south of the country. With such cooperation the excellent relation between OCRIM and GSFMO customer has been intensified. The project foresees the supply of a wheat mill having a capacity of 600 T/24h that will be realized on turn key basis. The trust that GSFMO recognize to OCRIM will allow the construction of a highly technological and completely automatized mill, with the extreme respect of the quality standards and sanitation concepts. An important confirmation for OCRIM that further consolidates its leadership in the supply of plants on turn-key basis, guaranteeing to the Customer a service and a 360 degrees complete product, supplying also all the necessary assistance and consultancy in the after-sales, from the training of the personnel to the customer services, exporting the Italian knowledge, quality and technology all over the world.

Ocrim and the Far East After the Philippines and Indonesia, Ocrim wants to consolidate further on its presence in the Far East markets, by offering high quality machines. This is a very binding challenge that Ocrim feels deeply. The quality concept is more and more noticed by such economies, that needs reliable partners and with experience. Ocrim, with the intent to establish more contacts and support in a more direct way its Chinese Customers, has started a promising cooperation with the Chinese agent Zhengzhou Easy-control Company Ltd. Such company, active in the business since several years, will offer to Ocrim the possibility to propose itself to better understand the specific demands of each reality and spread the concept of "made in Italy" in the Chinese economy. With such enterprise Ocrim desires to reply to the specific requirements of the Chinese Market and address its own resources towards a population in continuous development and oriented to the innovation and improvement.

Italian Pride To be Italian is a characteristic that belongs and represents us all around the world. In the year of the celebrations for the 150th anniversary of Italian Republic, it is natural for Ocrim people reserve a greater attention to this vocation. It is not a simple commercial strategy; this way of thinking, we share at 360°, represents the motor driving all changes within our commercial, management and institutional policy. Since the beginning of 2011 we began a “Made in Italy” communication campaign, thanks to the introduction of a new logo of our Company. Different are the commitments aimed to spread Ocrim Mission in the world: we have realized a “video of communication “, very soon on line, that was formerly submitted to the local Authorities, to underline once again the importance of working all together, nobody excluded, to attain the best results. The date of 15th March 2011 proved to be a rewarding day, full of emotions for all people attending the ceremony; the favourable opinions about this initiative has been a reason of great satisfaction for all of us. The success of Ocrim's Milling Technology School continues The success of Ocrim’s Milling Technology School continues. During the year 2010, OCRIM has given a strong message to the professional training of milling technologists. In the last month of September, for the duration of 4 weeks, five technicians coming from South America, attended the course of Milling Technology at our International School. In the group there was also a member of the staff of an important Customer of ours, who has recently bought from OCRIM a soft wheat milling plant of 150 T/24h capacity.
OCRIM signs the agreement with COLUSSI; the made in Italy lands in Russia On October 4, 2010 the Russian Company ZAO CI Group (property of MAKPROM of the same Country) born from the Joint Venture between Colussi Group Italy and the Russian pasta making and distributor company Infolink, signed an important contract with Ocrim Group. After the first meeting held in the year 2008, Ocrim has kept and implemented its relations with this important group, up to the finalization of the contract for the supply of a milling plant suitable to process durum wheat for high quality semolina production, with a capacity of 400 T/24h; this plant will be put at service of a pasta factory which is being under construction.
Sergio Passaro new responsible in charge of the Italian market for OCRIM Company Ocrim group, a leading company in the field of engineering, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of milling plants, feed mills, cereals conveying lines, strengthens its commercial presence in all markets around the world. Stefano Mazzini, who is presently the responsible in charge of Italy, hands over his place on the market to a new responsible and, thanks to his long-standing and important experience acquired in Ocrim, he will be assigned the new role of commercial coordinator. His main goal is to achieve an efficient organization of the area managers who are working in all the areas in the world and create a new market structure, in such a way to fully meet customers’ expectations and satisfy the various requirements. Ocrim has chosen Sergio Passaro as Mazzini’s successor in virtue of his qualified professional competence and enthusiasm. After a long and positive experience gained in Buhler and a brief but significant period as responsible of Italian market for a leading company in the field of wood transformation into pellets, Sergio Passaro has accepted the new appointment of managing, with passion and responsibility, Ocrim commercial area in Italy.
Signed with the President of G.S.F.M.O a contract for the supply of a feed mill plant On 15th June, 2010 OCRIM group signed with Dr. Balghonaim, Minister of Agriculture and President of G.S.F.M.O (Grain Silos and Flour Mills Organization), a contract for the supply on “turn-key basis” of a feed mill plant to be installed in Khamis Mushayt, in the South of Saudi Arabia. The plant shall have a capacity of 35 Ton/hour and be suitable to produce animal feed for poultry, cattle and sheep farms, horses and camels. Khamis Mushayt Feed Mill shall be based upon the most advanced milling technologies; the plant production shall be managed automatically. The continuity in the awarding of contracts and the job orders acquisition in Saudi Arabia, confirms the Customer’s satisfaction deriving from the excellent results, either technological, managerial and organizational that OCRIM is in position to guarantee with its service. In force of this new and further award, OCRIM strengthens its collaboration with G.S.F.M.O. and promotes its presence, developed since 1975, in this important international market.
