Classifier cleaners

Classifier cleaners are systems designed for high-capacity cleaning of dry corn, with throughput starting from 50 tons/hour. The cleaning process involves three stages of progressive screening: coarse cleaning, pre-classification, and fine cleaning. The first screen removes coarse impurities (such as plant residues or large foreign bodies); the second separates broken or damaged corn kernels; the third eliminates fine particles such as soil dust. At the discharge point, an aspirating tarar ensures the removal of residual dust through a dedicated suction line. The resulting thoroughly cleaned product is suitable for storage in both vertical silos and flat warehouses, ensuring optimal preservation over time.
