The MFO automatic pre-cut sheet applicator onto pallet is an automatic device designed to apply a pre-cut cardboard onto the pallet base, protecting the load from moisture and contaminants. The system picks up the sheet with vacuum suction cups and places it precisely using an electropneumatic cylinder. Longitudinal movement is managed by steel guides and timing belts for smooth and secure positioning. Installed between the empty pallet storage and the palletizer, it ensures a compact, fully automated and highly efficient application.
