We’ve reached the end of our journey.
We return to Cremona, our city, where everything began.
For 80 years, this has been the beating heart of Ocrim: the skilled hands that build machines for wheat and corn, the minds that design cutting-edge milling plants, the passion that creates unique flours.
In the homeland of nougat and violins, we have our final encounter.
Inside an artisan workshop, filled with the scent of wood and varnish, we meet a master luthier — a wise guardian of Cremonese tradition and culture. He surveys his tools spread across the workbench, collects the wood shavings, holds them for a moment, then lets them fall to the floor.
This time, it’s our turn to speak.
“Maestro, we’ve come home.
We’ve explored incredible worlds and met extraordinary people.

“Journeys teach us a great deal.
In this workshop, generations of luthiers have come and gone.
Each one on their own journey — of knowledge and craftsmanship.
They all left with something more. What have you brought back?”
“In our backpack, we carry the visionary gaze of those who sail across oceans,
the resilience of those who live in the savannah,
the technical and technological expertise of those who imagine and build cities,
the respect for nature and care for living beings of those who study the jungle,
and the strength and endurance of those who climb the highest peaks.”
“Did you ever feel homesick?”
“At times, yes.
We often thought of this beloved land — its traditions, its music, the river, the tilled fields, the food, and our community.”
“And now, what will you do?”
“Now, we want to unite the values of this journey and this land into a new space —beautiful, modern, meaningful, and functional.
A portal into our world. Into the values we’ve learned, recognized, and pursued.
Into our machines and our plants.
Into our roots. Into our family. Into our past, our present, and our future.
A new journey. A journey into Ocrim.”
As we leave the workshop, we realize that this journey has been a return to the future — a future built on strong foundations, yet open to the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
A future we are ready to share with all of you.
