On 15 September 2024, on the occasion of the last day of the “Grano, farina e…” event, the Ocrim team organised a special day on the picturesque Lake Iseo, involving a group of 80 participants made up of customers, guests and company employees. The goal of the excursion? To offer a revitalising experience, combining business and cultural discovery in a breathtaking natural setting.

The participants reached the village of Sulzano by bus at 10.45 a.m., just in time to meet the local guides, Cinzia and Annalisa, specialised in history of art and the history of the territory. After a short walk, the tour continued on board two private boats that led the guests in their

discovery of the lake’s wonders. The route wound around the three islands of the lake, Montisola, Loreto, and San Paolo, whose unspoilt beauty and fascinating stories captured everyone’s attention and provided a unique experience. The trip lasted about 50 minutes and offered guests the opportunity to admire the grandeur of Montisola, the largest lake island in Italy, along with the enchanting private islands of Loreto and San Paolo with their Renaissance villas and castles.

After the tour, the group landed in Montisola to stroll through the picturesque fishing village of Peschiera Maraglio and have lunch in a traditional fish restaurant, enjoying a menu of local wines and typical fish dishes, a true immersion in the flavours of the area. After lunch, the group crossed the lake again by boat to return to Sulzano and depart by coach to Cremona.

The day ended with great satisfaction on the part of all participants: an opportunity to discover the wonders of Italy and Lake Iseo, but also to strengthen the team spirit and share moments of relaxation and merrymaking together, under the banner of cooperation and passion for this beautiful country.

An experience that will remain etched in the memory of our guests and of the entire team for months to come, enriched by natural beauty, culture, and passion for the Italian territory.

Thank you to all participants for taking part in our event.

“Wheat, flour and…” awaits you in 2025!
