Even today, under this incessant rain, we are working hard. We are not late with the work and with the deadlines, but being the head of this team, I do not want anyone to find themselves in difficulty due to some unforeseen event.
I think about how many storms we have been through, not only atmospheric, but also challenges, which have led to delays and difficulties. Every time, however, after the chaos, comes calm. It is strange to say, but it is these difficult moments that give value to the serene ones. You would never truly appreciate the sun without having first seen and experienced a storm.
I like to think that our work is a bit like this: building tomorrow and all the days to come, even in the rain, knowing that every effort, every unforeseen event and even every difficulty brings with it the promise of something better.
And it is this promise that drives us forward, because behind every cloud there is always the sun waiting to return.
