Through our collaboration with Sygmund, the app for psychological well-being, employees and their families can connect 24/7 with the psychologist best suited to their needs, in a fully anonymous and secure way.
Sygmund is an online platform connecting individuals with psychologists registered in Italy. The platform is managed by LOV stp benefit (STP: Professional Partnership – Psychologists), a healthcare entity registered with the Italian National Health Service (SSN) and, as a member of the Professional Order of Psychologists, subject to the professional code of ethics.
This space is designed to promote listening, awareness, and support for everyone. It represents a first step towards an organizational culture attentive to the needs and expectations of each individual, because the well-being of people is also the strength of a company.
