On November 13, for the Feast Day of Cremona’s Patron Saint, the GLAO – Ocrim Senior Workers Group – came together for a special day of shared memories, togetherness, and gratitude. The morning began with the traditional visit to the cemetery to honor Ocrim’s founder, Guido Grassi, and his daughter Fausta, followed by Mass at the Church of San Bassano, near the company’s historic headquarters. For the participants, who over the years have contributed their passion and dedication to Ocrim’s growth, it was a meaningful chance to reconnect, celebrate shared achievements, and strengthen long-lasting bonds. After the service, everyone gathered for the traditional lunch, full of smiles, lively conversations, and a few fond jokes about “workshop stories” – a testament to the spirit of a family that continues to grow year after year. This year, the gathering was particularly special:

Stefano Mazzini,President of GLAO, remarked: “The GLAO embodies our historical memory – the roots from which today’s Ocrim grows. Every person here has played a part in building what we are: a strong company, but above all a true family. Celebrating 80 years with our workers of yesterday and today reminds us that the future is built on solid foundations: passion, commitment, and a sense of belonging. It’s wonderful to see that this spirit remains alive, connecting generations under the same name: Ocrim.” It was a day dedicated to shared memories, gratitude, and celebrating the identity of a company that looks to the future while honoring its past.
