An important word that we at Ocrim use often, with conviction and responsibility. Never lightly.
For us, “Italianness” is not a slogan.
It is a daily choice.
It is the result of a coherent and concrete commitment that we have been carrying out for years: producing almost everything within our headquarters in Cremona. And when we say “almost”, we do so with the honesty of those who know how much complexity there is behind a quality supply chain, but also with the ambition – very close to reality – to reach 100% internal production. Yes, that’s it. All OcrimMade.
But it’s not just a question of geography.
We don’t use the term “Italianness” because we think that Italy is better than other countries. We don’t feel superior. We are first and foremost citizens of the world and we have always worked in every corner of the planet. But we care about defending a concept that for us has a human value.
For Ocrim, “Italianness” means respect for work.
It means fighting every form of exploitation.
It means believing in a manufacturing that puts the person at the center.
It means quality, yes, but also coherence, transparency, responsibility.
And yes, this choice has a cost. But it is the right price to pay to continue to look in the eyes of those who work with us, those who choose our plants, those who entrust us with their projects and dreams.
Because every customer, every partner, every territory that we encounter on our journey deserves respect. And this value, for us, is non-negotiable.
