OCRIM ACQUIRES FPM S.R.L. AND STRENGTHENS ITS POSITION WITHIN THE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY CHAIN

Ocrim S.p.A. announces the acquisition of FPM S.r.l., a company based in Scandiano (Reggio Emilia), active since 1984 in the design and manufacturing of plants and machinery for the agro-industrial sector, with a specific focus on seed cleaning, sorting and conditioning.
The transaction, expected to close by 2026, is part of Ocrim’s ongoing development strategy aimed at strengthening and completing its Italian agro-industrial supply chain. It reinforces an industrial presence built on specialized expertise, territorial continuity, and the enhancement of national know-how.
The integration of FPM enables Ocrim to maintain an approach consistent with the model that has always defined its identity: acting as a one-stop partner capable of supporting the customer across the entire value chain, from raw materials to the most advanced stages of the process.
