Today, Tuesday 22 April, we celebrate World Earth Day: an invitation to stop, observe and reflect on the relationship that binds us to the environment. To delve deeper into these themes, we are pleased to host a special contribution from Gabriele Canali, Professor of Agri-food and Environmental Economics at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Piacenza and Cremona campus.
