Ocrim is looking for a CNC milling machine operator to join the Mechanical Processing Department at its headquarters in Via Riglio, 19 – 26100, Cremona.
In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting up and controlling milling machines, ensuring that every process meets the highest standards of precision and quality. Your technical skills will enable you to interpret technical drawings and production sheets, optimise manufacturing processes and actively contribute to the innovation of production methods. The role involves the independent management of production cycles, the performance of quality controls and routine maintenance of the plants, always ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maximum production efficiency.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a CNC milling machine operator with relevant studies and a desire to learn;
• In-depth knowledge of CNC programming software and material processing techniques;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high attention to detail;
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and strong problem-solving skills;
• Precision, reliability and strong focus on quality;
• Flexibility and willingness to attend refresher courses and continuous training.
