Tubular Screw Conveyor
This type of screw conveyor, called tubular, allows material transport by drag action, using a screw that, due to its configuration, moves the material from the inlet and discharges it at the outlet. At the outlet, a downstream conveyor can be connected to direct the product to the desired end user. The machine features a modular system composed of a head, a foot, and a variable number of intermediate tubes that together form the required system length. The head is made of heavy-gauge steel sheet and includes a gear motor. The intermediate sections housing the screw are modular and are bolted together using flanged connections. The system is equipped with inspection hatches and bolted access panels for maintenance.
