Automatic film dispensing system from reel to pallet
The automatic film dispensing system from reel to pallet (MFB) device applies a plastic film or paper layer from reel on the wooden pallet base to protect the load from moisture, dirt, and contamination. The system uses a polyethylene roll and a pneumatic cutting blade for precise and efficient film application. A film depletion sensor ensures continuous operation. Together with the machine, an optional pneumatic stapler unit is provided to secure the film to the pallet. It is ideal for enhancing the protection of paper sacks in palletizing processes.
