It was from this vision that the Fluting Hub, Ocrim’s department entirely dedicated to the processing of grinding rolls, was born a few years ago. The Fluting Hub today represents an organized and complete system, equipped with machinery designed to follow the entire operating cycle: grinding, fluting, balancing, metrological verification and quality compliance tests. A constantly updated technical sector, which has evolved over the years to respond promptly to increasingly higher standards and faster and more complex production rates.<\/p>\n\n

Over time, the department has been strengthened with new technologies, control methodologies and new machines, demonstrating a solid but flexible industrial approach, capable of adapting to customer needs and developments in the sector. A fast and punctual service for all those customers who need it, with rapid deliveries to plan and organize maintenance on their plants. A prompt and timely service intended for all those customers who need it, with quick deliveries to schedule and organize maintenance to their facilities.<\/p>\n\n

Also adding to the completeness of the service is the Roller State Detector<\/strong>, a device developed by Ocrim-already a few years ago-to accurately monitor the wear and tear of rollers over their operational life. Through integration with dedicated software, the roller profile can be analyzed and the history of each individual unit can be consulted<\/strong>, thus supporting targeted and planned maintenance interventions. A well-established tool that helps optimize the technical management of rollers.<\/p>\n\n

The activity of the Fluting Hub is the synthesis of a clear choice: to keep an eye on every detail in order to offer a reliable, comprehensive service consistent with Ocrim’s brand values<\/strong>.
