From <strong>September 19 to 21<\/strong>, professionals, experts, and enthusiasts from the milling and agri-food sectors came together for three days of innovation, dialogue, and exchange. Guests were welcomed with an elegant aperitif dinner at two of the city\u2019s iconic locations: <strong>Caff\u00e8 Platti 1875,<\/strong> a historic venue frequented by generations of intellectuals and entrepreneurs, and <strong>Gerla Palestro 1927<\/strong>, the latest opening from the Gerla1927 group, which combines tradition with a contemporary approach to gastronomy. Guests strolled through Turin, visiting <strong>Teatro Regio<\/strong>, <strong>Lux Cinema<\/strong>, and the famous <strong>Caff\u00e8 Baratti<\/strong>, before exploring the city\u2019s iconic squares and monuments \u2014 from Piazza San Carlo to Piazza Castello, including the Chapel of the Holy Shroud \u2014 and concluded with a lunch of local specialties and a visit to the Palazzo Reale
