The intervention focused on reclamation and structural upgrades, fully aligned with the latest regulations on safety and energy performance. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"\">Meanwhile, works are ongoing in the new industrial area in <strong>Via Milano<\/strong> \u2013 acquired in November 2023 \u2013 involving a similar surface area. The project envisions the complete regeneration of the site, which, upon completion, will serve as a new support production hub. Structural and plant engineering upgrades will radically transform both its appearance and operational capabilities. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"\">These initiatives reflect the company\u2019s ongoing commitment to continuously improving the environments in which we operate every day.
