In Felizzano, in the province of Alessandria, stands a multi-storey building that tells a long industrial story: six levels dedicated to grain processing, a place where technology is an integral part of everyday operations. It is here that Molini Valente S.p.A. has entrusted Ocrim S.p.A. with a new chapter in its evolution: a 250-ton-per-24-hour soft wheat milling line, started-up in December 2025. <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The new plant has been designed to integrate into the existing production architecture. It receives wheat from the already operational and upgraded cleaning section, guiding it through the new milling line up to the storage silos. All with a clear objective: to enable the flexible production of different types of flour using a milling diagram distinct from that of the existing section, organizing production into specific batches to be stored in silos. The plant produces high-quality flours for a wide range of bakery applications, ensuring maximum food safety and full traceability.
Andrea Valente<\/strong>, CEO of Molini Valente and past President of Italmopa, emphasized that: \u201cthis new step in increasing production capacity represents the completion of a growth path that has involved not only volumes, but also the value and quality of our products. A path that had already been outlined during the company\u2019s design phase, starting from the construction of the Felizzano milling plant in 2000. Today, this milestone confirms the soundness and forward-looking vision of the original project and at the same time provides the foundation on which we can build the next phases of development, focused on innovation and continuous improvement.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than twenty years of genuine collaboration<\/strong>
For Ocrim, the Felizzano plant is not simply a production site: since 1999 \u2014 the year in which the first 400-ton-per-24-hour milling plant, complete with its building, was constructed \u2014 it has represented a benchmark. Over time, it has also become a frequent stop for technical visitors and clients whom Ocrim accompanies in discovering its most significant projects.
Operational management, entrusted to Lorenzo Cavalli<\/strong>, keeps alive a tradition built on precision and continuity. Yet perhaps the most interesting aspect is the relationship \u2014 solid, discreet, and concrete \u2014 between Andrea Valente<\/strong> and Alberto Antolini<\/strong>, CEO of Ocrim. A productive partnership that has, over time, created common ground based on vision, foresight, and reliability. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
