{"id":18496,"date":"2026-05-20T10:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-05-20T08:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ocrim.com\/?post_type=ailati&#038;p=18496"},"modified":"2026-05-15T12:08:29","modified_gmt":"2026-05-15T10:08:29","slug":"organic-supply-chain-and-sustainable-development-ocrim-at-the-2026-antim-technical-day","status":"publish","type":"ailati","link":"https:\/\/www.ocrim.com\/en\/ailati\/organic-supply-chain-and-sustainable-development-ocrim-at-the-2026-antim-technical-day\/","title":{"rendered":"ORGANIC SUPPLY CHAIN AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT: OCRIM AT THE 2026 ANTIM TECHNICAL DAY"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 18 April 2026, we took part in the <strong>ANTIM Technical Day<\/strong>, organised by the Italian National Association of Milling Industry Technicians and focused on the theme <em>\u201cOrganic supply chains and sustainable development: opportunities and challenges.\u201d<\/em><br>The event took place in Isola del Piano (PU), at the Girolomoni Monastery, and offered an open forum to discuss some of the key issues currently shaping the milling sector\u2014from the enhancement of organic supply chains and the sustainability of processes to the quality and regulatory challenges affecting the entire grain value chain.<br>Representing Ocrim were <strong>Aaron Alberti, Area Manager Italy, and Stefano Mazzini, Commercial Director, Communication &amp; Marketing<\/strong>, as well as a member of the <strong>ANTIM Board<\/strong>, highlighting the company\u2019s ongoing and active relationship with the Association and the broader technical milling community. More than just a milling facility, it is an agro-industrial project designed from the outset to embody a coherent and fully integrated organic supply chain.
