The final goal of the agreement is producing renewable energy for our national agri-food sector: studies have already announced a reduction in environmental emissions of 10,000 tons of CO2 per year. The investment will total 26 million euros in the three-year period 2021 \u2013 2023 promoting the transition and the energy efficiency in supply chains and agricultural processes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p><strong>An Integrated &amp; Sustainable Model<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ai-lati.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/BF_Energy_LOGO-12-2020_001-tagliato-1024x666.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2103\" width=\"280\" height=\"181\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nowadays to address the issue of <strong>sustainability<\/strong> is actually one of the greatest challenges in order to face the environmental crisis. An epic change is required: everybody should be motivated in adopting new models of development, starting from the way each one of us <strong>produce<\/strong>, <strong>consume<\/strong>, <strong>think<\/strong> and <strong>act<\/strong>. This is, in fact, the economical and social background that has given the birth to <strong><em>BF<\/em> <em>Energy<\/em><\/strong> <em><strong>SrL<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;on December 2020. It is the joint venture between the parthenopean energy efficiency company <em><strong>Graded SpA<\/strong><\/em> and<em> BF<\/em> Group SpA, the largest Italian agricultural company. With this agreement, the <em><strong>NewCo<\/strong><\/em> is supporting and developing an integrated model able to seize the golden opportunity of the <strong>energy transition in the agricultural sector<\/strong>. The<strong> three-year<\/strong> business plan provides for<strong> 26 million euros<\/strong> of investment for an amount of almost <strong>15 GW<\/strong> per year of energy production. This has given a clean break to fossil energy sources (3,600 Tep &#8211; tons of oil equivalent). The operational phase includes four segments of intervention:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the <strong>construction<\/strong> of new <strong>photovoltaic plants<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>the <strong>restructuring<\/strong> of <strong>renewable energy production plants<\/strong> in order to extend its life cycle,<\/li>\n<li>the <strong>energy efficiency<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>the <strong>production of biomethane<\/strong> thanks to the reuse of biomass.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is actually a demanding program, focused on the exploitation of all available resources, in order to assure <strong>energy efficiency<\/strong> and develop a <strong>circular economy<\/strong>: the all program is involving agricultural processes, supply chains and mobility. The remarkable goal is to <strong>reduce<\/strong>, every year, about <strong>ten-thousands tons of CO<sub>2<\/sub><\/strong> emissions. Thanks to the specialist skills of <em>Graded SpA<\/em>&nbsp;and the network of <em>BF<\/em> Group SpA agricultural operators, <em>BF Energy SrL<\/em>&nbsp;can achieve the goal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Actors Of The Joint Venture<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ai-lati.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/DJI_0276-Officine-min-compressed-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2099\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A warm handshake between <em><strong>Vito Grassi<\/strong><\/em>, <em><a href=\"https:\/\/graded.it\/la_nostra_azienda\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Graded<\/a><\/em> SpA Sole Director, and <strong><em>Federico Vecchioni<\/em><\/strong>, <em><a href=\"https:\/\/bonificheferraresi.it\/it\/home\" rel=\"noopener\">Bonifiche Ferraresi SpA<\/a><\/em> Group CEO (Holding listed on the Italian Stock Exchange which controls <em>Bonifiche Ferraresi SpA<\/em> Societ\u00e0 Agricola), has sealed the birth of the joint venture. This is an agreement between two prestigious companies and an <strong>example<\/strong> that deserves to be taken into account by the market. By creating <em>BF Energy<\/em> SrL both companies have achieved a strategic position in the field of environmental <strong>sustainability<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The <em>BF<\/em> Group SpA (especially <em>Bonifiche Ferraresi SpA<\/em>) contributed with two photovoltaic plants in the joint venture (final value of <strong>1.380 million euros<\/strong>) and delibarated an increase of capital to <strong>2.070 million euros<\/strong> fully subscribed by <em>Graded<\/em> SpA.
