A year since final testing, Davide Cassata, the general manager at Molino San Vito, expresses his full satisfaction with the achieved performance levels.&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Beyond Expectations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ocrim.com\/app\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Molino-San-Vito.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ocrim.com\/app\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Molino-San-Vito.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2590\" width=\"256\" height=\"256\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>For Ocrim\u2019s top management, accompanying <strong>customers <\/strong>along their journey of growth and seeing them achieve <strong>goal <\/strong>after goal is a reason for great pride.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Molino San Vito <\/em><\/strong>(Ciminna \u2013 Sicily \u2013 Italy) was originally a<strong> small business <\/strong>in the centre of town, which then expanded and moved to a new site in the outskirts. Over the years the durum wheat plant for the production of semolina became a <strong>point of reference<\/strong> for local farmers. The first meeting with Ocrim dates back <strong>15 years<\/strong>, when, during slight modernisation, the historical Cremona-based company supplied some of the machines. Since then the relationship of mutual <strong>trust <\/strong>and complete <strong>collaboration <\/strong>has continued to grow: the recent expansion was the definitive confirmation. Indeed in <strong>June 2019<\/strong> <strong><em>Daniele Cassata<\/em><\/strong> decided to modernise the plant and asked Ocrim to design the work with the objective of <strong>increasing <\/strong>the mill\u2019s production capacity, adapt the plant according to strict Atex standards and raise the <strong>quality <\/strong>of the semolina to the highest levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ocrim.com\/app\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Interno-impianto-min-scaled-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ocrim.com\/app\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Interno-impianto-min-scaled-1-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4430\" width=\"380\" height=\"218\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The Ocrim team \u201credesigned\u201d, in an <strong>innovative<\/strong> manner, the pre-cleaning, cleaning and grinding sections, equipping them with noble and high performing machines. In addition to the installation of debranners with diamond grindstones and optical sorters, the plansifters have been equipped with antimicrobial sieves to ensure greater product <strong>wholesomeness<\/strong>. The adopted technological solutions are the emblem of the progressive and careful work of the Ocrim <strong><em>Research &amp; Development<\/em><\/strong> department. The work at <em>Molino San Vito<\/em> required specific studies and the proposal of highly customised solutions to completely upgrade and integrate the Ocrim machines.
