About a year ago the company <strong><em>Morouj Commodities Ltd<\/em><\/strong> &#8211; one of the largest companies in the <strong>packaging<\/strong>, <strong>processing <\/strong>and <strong>import of food products<\/strong> in Sudan &#8211; decided to enter the milling sector, entrusting Ocrim with the construction of its first milling plant to meet the needs of the <strong>local market<\/strong>. &nbsp;<em>\u201cThe customer recognized Ocrim as the ideal partner capable of supplying products in line with its expectations of quality and productivity, putting its <strong>trust in Ocrim<\/strong> for the realization of a medium-long term project. We can only be proud of it and accept this <strong>new and ambitious challenge<\/strong>.&#8221;<\/em>, commented the area manager<strong><em>, Luigi Caterina<\/em><\/strong>, who followed the negotiations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Going into the project details, it involves the construction of <strong>a 600 T\/24 h Soft\/Hard wheat plant <\/strong>to obtain high quality flours to produce <strong>pasta and bakery products<\/strong>. It will also be possible to produce <strong>special flours<\/strong> by adding micro-ingredients thanks to a highly versatile 40T\/h mixing system inside the <strong>1200 T flour storage section<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The plant is designed according to state-of-the-art technological <strong>layout, plant engineering and automation solutions<\/strong>, including the innovative modularity system (<strong>Modular Mill Concept<\/strong>), of which Ocrim is a <strong>pioneer<\/strong>. Modular Mill Concept allows to stop only a part of the mill and maintenance only on the machines involved <strong>without having to stop the entire line<\/strong>.
