An important and necessary experience to concretely contextualize the <strong>course<\/strong> they are attending for <strong><em>&#8220;Technician of the milling industry&#8221;<\/em><\/strong>, promoted by <strong>Italmopa (Italian Milling Industry Association), Antim (Association of Milling Industry Technicians), Unione Parmense<\/strong> <strong>degli Industriali (Parma Union of Industrialists) and University of Parma<\/strong> in collaboration with the training institution <strong>Cisita Parma<\/strong>. Participants, accompanied by the coordinator of the course, <strong><em>Carlotta Petrolini<\/em>,<\/strong> and by professors <em><strong>Mattia Armenzoni<\/strong><\/em> \u2013 Engineer of the R&amp;D department of products and processes at FMB Eng.In.E.- and <strong><em>Federico Solari<\/em> <\/strong>&#8211; Lecturer at the Department of Engineering and Architecture of the University of Parma -, were welcomed and guided by our Commercial Director<em>, <\/em><strong><em>Stefano Mazzini<\/em>,<\/strong> in a tour through all the production workshops of our two headquarters, following with great interest the explanations on the various manufacturing processes totally internalized. Many questions were received which focused mainly on the production processes of the heart machines of the mill: <strong>rollermills and plansifters.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ocrim.com\/app\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Tour_of_MH-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7459\" width=\"438\" height=\"231\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>The day ended with a <strong>visit to the Milling Hub<\/strong>, national hub for cereal milling, an example of automated high technology and product traceability. The intrigued guests walked through each floor of the mill with particular attention to the innovative and patented <strong>@mill automation<\/strong> package that allows <strong>remote control,<\/strong> present on the rollermill floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are very proud and satisfied for having offered a <strong>professional contribution<\/strong> to this delegation of technicians from the Italian milling industry. Our long experience in the training field dates to 1965, when we set up the <strong>International School of Milling Technology<\/strong> to train the personnel of Ocrim customers. Since then, we have organized numerous courses dedicated to millers, mechanics, engineers, and laboratory analysts from <strong>all over the world.<\/strong> In <strong>2020<\/strong> we inaugurated <strong>the Milling Hub Masterclass Academy,<\/strong> in collaboration with <strong>Bonifiche Ferraresi,<\/strong> reserved for students with already consolidated skills who want to integrate their knowledge through a <strong>high training profile<\/strong>.
