From the cleaning section to the end-of-line, the plant complex has been designed with the latest <strong>innovative<\/strong> technologies that meets the needs of <strong>Industry 4.0<\/strong> linked to the principles of <strong>sustainability, food safety, traceability, energy saving.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>plant layout<\/strong> was conceived through the <strong><em>High Efficiency Flow<\/em><\/strong> concept to maximise the extraction of high-quality flours by the state-of-the-art Ocrim machines The primary <strong>materials<\/strong> used in the mill are stainless steel and antimicrobial plastic, ensuring a <strong>high standard of <em>sanitation.<\/em><\/strong> The cleaning section consists of two lines characterized by the <em><strong>High Efficiency Cleaning<\/strong><\/em> criteria, making the cleaning process as effective as possible by eliminating as much impurities as possible and grains infected with mycotoxins. In the milling section, innovative <strong><em>user-friendly<\/em><\/strong> solutions have been applied to simplify the <strong>maintenance<\/strong> of both the individual machines and the rest of the plant. Concerning the automation, for example, the use of a single centralized PLC that manages all the rollermills with the use of a <strong>tablet<\/strong> as a human-machine interface allowing to reduce the maintenance of the electronic parts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding <strong><em>food safety<\/em><\/strong>, <em>production quality<\/em> and yields the flour silo was designed with <strong>individual filters per bin<\/strong>, thus avoiding the phenomenon of product <em>cross-contamination<\/em>.
