\u201cOver 250 people were sitting in their seats by 10 am in the morning and also occupying the free corners of our conference room. And we were already happy like that.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The event saw great participation right from the morning of the first day, with over 250 people gathered in Ocrim\u2019s new conference hall. President Sergio Antolini opened the proceedings with an emotional speech focused on the value of identity, the significance of the Ocrim name, and the importance of human intelligence\u2014even in today\u2019s era of rapid technological innovation. <\/p>\n\n

Throughout the first day, various representatives from institutions and companies (including Stefano Mazzini1<\/sup>, Andrea Virgilio2<\/sup>, Federico Vecchioni3<\/sup> and Gianluca Lelli4<\/sup>) emphasized Ocrim\u2019s central role in the milling and agri-food sectors, as well as its commitment to sustainability, innovation, and human relationships.<\/p>\n\n

The technical conference focused on the use of Artificial Intelligence in the milling industry, with contributions from internal experts (Davide Zacchetti5<\/sup>, Luca Lambri6<\/sup> and Paolo Molinari7<\/sup>)and academic figures (Ilva Licaj8<\/sup> and Domenico Felice9<\/sup>), who also presented AI applications in the agricultural field.<\/p>\n\n

The day concluded with company tours, convivial moments, and a gala dinner in a charming setting\u2014further strengthening the bond between technology, tradition, and humanity.The second day began with a speech by the CEO Alberto Antolini, who highlighted how AI can enhance the \u201cOcrim Orchestra,\u201d made up of irreplaceable individuals. The corporate video \u201cE il cerchio \u00e8 sempre pi\u00f9 rouge\u201d was screened, paying tribute to the Ocrim community and its values of solidarity, along with a second video portraying the company\u2019s daily work as a true industrial symphony. <\/p>\n\n

This was followed by the conference \u201cThe world granary and its changes\u201d<\/em>, moderated by Giovanni Palisto10<\/sup>, and focused on global challenges in agriculture and milling. Academics and professionals (Francesco Pugliese11<\/sup>, Gabriele Cola12<\/sup>, Gabriele Canali13<\/sup>), Lorenzo Morelli14<\/sup> and Marco Galli15<\/sup>) discussed topics such as precision farming, climate change, wars, new cereal varieties, and grain cleaning technologies. <\/p>\n\n

With the presentation of the OP-prize and the screening of a video that retraced the company’s evolution over the past 15 years, celebrating its journey under the guidance of the Antolini family, the second day also came to a close.<\/p>\n\n

On Sunday, guests took part in a tour of Lake Iseo, culminating in a cruise and a panoramic lunch.<\/p>\n\n
