Tradition is nothing but successful progress. We cannot forget that whatever we do today will be tradition for those who will come in the future. This is why in Ocrim we are not satisfied simply in handing down what we have received, adding something new every day and enhancing tradition. Thanks to the know-how learnt from ancient mills like this from XIV century, today we are able to create some of the largest milling plants in the world, symbol of innovation and future-oriented technology.
