Sariaya (Philippines) – Ocrim's turnkey plant for URC to be tested out in 2024. The state-of-the-art plant was designed with a focus on sustainable industry, using advanced engineering and technology.

In line with the customer's requirements, Ocrim is building two 660 T/D lines, each able to process both soft and hard wheat. From the initial cleaning to the end-of-line, the system has been planned and designed using the sort of innovative plant and technology that meets the needs of Industry 4.0.

The system incorporates two cleaning lines that fulfil the criteria of High Efficiency Cleaning, making the cleaning process as effective as possible. The main materials used in the mill are stainless steel and antimicrobial plastic, ensuring a high standard of sanitation. In addition, the design uses the concept of High Efficiency Cleaning, to maximise the extraction of high quality flour by the state-of-the-art Ocrim machines. User friendly systems are in place, to simplify the maintenance of both the individual machines and the rest of the system.

The automation has also been designed in line with Industry 4.0, enabling the entire production process to be managed automatically. Energy saving is another important factor for this plant, and Ocrim has conceived and designed integrated solutions and systems that result in maximum energy efficiency, reducing the environmental impact of the company and improving the surrounding area.
